Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $463/hour (not OT).
• Holiday Rate: $694.50/hour (per 24 hours on holidays).

Schedule & Availability

• One week per month, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM (or 8-hour shifts if preferred).
• No call is required.

Facility Details

• Location: 25th Avenue West, Williston, ND 58801.
• Setting: 25-bed CAH hospital, Level 4 trauma center.
• Support Staff: Not a solo position; external company handles remote imaging reads.

Duties & Procedures

• Minor procedures & reads (diagnostic mammograms, breast biopsy, barium enema, epidural steroid injections, abscess drainage, etc.).
• Required procedures include:
  • Breast localization (magseed/magtrace), cyst aspirations, stereotactic breast biopsies.
  • Arthrograms, joint aspirations/injections, CT cystograms, PICC line placement.
  • Lumbar punctures, hysterosalpingograms, bone marrow biopsy, ultrasound biopsies.
  • ESI, SI injections, facet injections (preferred but not mandatory).

Volume Expectations

• Procedures per day: 5-10 (varies by complexity).
• Diagnostic mammograms per day: 2-4 (if consistently onsite).
• Medicare overreads: Various studies (CT, MRI, X-rays, mammograms, DEXA scans).

Travel & Credentialing

• Travel: Preferred hotels, local air travel (optional).
• Credentialing: Faster with ND license; payer enrollment takes 60-90 days.
• EMR System: Meditech.
