Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the resident assessment and care-planning processes in the facility
• Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care is provided in a cost-effective manner

Requirements

• Must hold a valid TX/compact nursing license
• Experience preferred, specific to PDPM and skilled MDS management
