    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    Job Description:

    • Provide direct nursing care to residents.
    • Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
    • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards.
    • Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base hourly rate between $32 and $36.
    • $2.00/hour shift differential for 3p-11p shift.
    • $1.50/hour shift differential for 11p-7a shift.
    • Additional compensation includes:
      • 1.5X Holiday Pay.
      • 1.5X Overtime Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week.

      • Daily Pay - Access to Earned Income Prior to Pay (starts Sept 27).
      • Tuition reimbursement through ECPI.

    Requirements:

    • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with current state license.
    • Current/active CPR certification.
    • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds.
    • Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.
    • Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
    • Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time.
