GI Coverage

Job Description:

• Facility in Maryland is seeking GI Coverage available as a permanent position if desired.
• Outpatient general GI practice.
• Most procedures are colonoscopies, with an estimated split of about 75% colonoscopy and 25% EGD in a daily schedule.
• Daily patient census per provider: 14-16 per day.
• Age range of patients: Adults 18 years of age and above.
• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, no call.
• Two locations within close proximity of each other may alternate between.

Requirements:

• Must hold an MD license or one that can be reactivated quickly.
• Board Certification needed in GI.
• Certifications required: BLS/ACLS/PALS from the American Heart Association.
