Job Description

• Onboarding process
• Hygiene development
• Mentor system for oncoming hygiene team members
• Monthly hygiene team meetings with the owner doctor
• Career growth and development

• Full support team handling marketing, HR, insurance, purchasing, etc.
• Owner doctor meets with each provider team monthly for support

How does $65/hour sound? Pick anywhere from 1 Saturday per month to every one per month! We have as many or few Saturdays/month as you'd like, your choice!

1st Saturday 8am-5pm
2nd Saturday 8am-3pm
3rd Saturday 8am-3pm
4th Saturday 8am-3pm
5th Saturday 8am-3pm

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

You'll be the heart and soul of our clinical team. You will be helping patients achieve their best oral health, all while building strong trusting relationships by treating patients like family. Key areas of focus will be:

• Caring for patients as if they are family - dental care, relationship building, and education
• Collaborative care and communication with hygienists
• Working with dentists, dental assistants, and front-office staff
• Being intuitive to the needs of the practice on a daily basis and taking initiative

Requirements

• An active state hygiene license
• Preferred 1+ year experience
• A glowing personality and a welcoming smile
• A dependable team player with a great attitude
• Ability to work hours of shift
