    Job Description

    • Provide full-scope outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
    • Perform gynecologic surgery in office and hospital settings
    • Participate in a collaborative OB/CNM care model with CNM hospitalists
    • Manage call responsibilities as part of a shared rotation
    • Collaborate across clinical and support teams to deliver excellent patient experiences
    • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

    Practice Highlights

    • Partner hospital averages 900 deliveries annually
    • OBs see approximately 25 patients per day
    • Practice is growing with strong community demand
    • Call is taken from home via beeper call
    • Remote nursing team supports inbox management
    • On-site surgical robot at the hospital
    • Hospital uses Epic EHR; clinic uses Athena; Ambience AI for scribing

    Schedule

    • 1:4 call rotation with CNM support (call can be paired with clinic days)
    • 2.5 clinic days + 1 surgery day per week
    • Outpatient clinic located on the AdventHealth campus

    Requirements

    • Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
    • Active DEA license
    • Eligible for licensure upon start date
    • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative OB/CNM practice model
