GI Hospitalist

Location: Palm Beach County, FL

Job Description:

7 days on, 7 days off for a total of 26 weeks
Start date: August 15th
Opportunity to see patients in the office on off days if desired
Base salary expected to be $375K to $425K based on experience, plus 20% collections and benefits package
Serve as the in-house GI consultant on call for the hospital during the week on
Independent contractor position
235-bed hospital
Round on patients and take call if required during the week on
Procedures scheduled, then perform consults as needed
Anesthesia available

Procedures:

Preferred: Colonoscopy, UGE, EUS, ERCP
Required: Colonoscopy, UGE, EUS, ERCP

Patient and Staff Information:

Approximately 25-35 patients seen per day (shared with NP)
1 NP provides support Monday through Friday
EMR System utilized: Cerner

Requirements:

Credentialing timeline is 60 days once all documents are presented
