Provides quality rehabilitation care in Occupational Therapy to residents as outlined in the plan of care through treatments for OT in accordance with laws, regulations, and facility guidelines.

Job Description

• Deliver occupational therapy services to residents as per the treatment plan.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and facility guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Must have a current OT license for state of practice in good standing.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting; long-term care experience preferred.

Work Location

• In person in Jacksonville, FL 32211. Relocation before starting work is required.
