    Faculty Position in Plastic, Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery

    Duke's Division of Plastic, Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery invites applications for a full-time faculty position. Successful candidates will be board-eligible/board-certified by the ABOMS, trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery from a CODA-accredited program, and eligible for medical and dental licensure in North Carolina having both MD and DMD/DDS degrees.

    Job Description

    • Primary responsibilities include resident education in both outpatient and inpatient clinical settings with an emphasis on community-based oral and maxillofacial surgery in an ambulatory setting.
    • Active participation in craniomaxillofacial trauma management and orthognathic surgery treatment are required.
    • Experience in TMJ surgery is highly desirable, but not required.
