Job Description

• Evaluates, administers, and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner.
• Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• One or more years' experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission and other hospital regulatory agency standards and regulations.
• Physical Therapist Licensure as required by the State of North Carolina.
• BLS Required.
