Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We need Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on Day and Night Shifts to join our team at Eastgatespring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care in Cincinnati, OH.

$29 to $33 per hour (based on LPN licensure and experience) plus we offer additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Job Description

• Providing direct LPN nursing care
• Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants
• Observing, reporting, and responding to changes in resident condition
• Attending required in-service trainings and educational events

Requirements

• Current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification
• Strong documentation skills; experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Solid work history as an LPN with excellent attendance and punctuality
• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
