Emergency Medicine Physician

Join our team at a freestanding ambulatory surgical and emergency center, where we provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Job Description

• Must have an unrestricted state license; NC license is not required.
• We need 8 candidates with 8 backups, totaling up to 16 candidates willing to be credentialed.
• Facility operates at a Trauma Level 3 with an annual volume of 28K.
• Patient type: Adult Medicine.
• Family Practice/Internal Medicine candidates must be board-certified with at least 5 years of ER experience.
• Shifts include 1 night provider from 7 PM to 7 AM and 3 day providers from 7 AM to 7 PM, 9 AM to 9 PM, and 12 PM to 12 AM.
• Supporting staff includes hospitalists who are in-house and will admit cardiology and general surgery cases, with limited radiology coverage.
• Transfer location is Womack Army Medical Center.
• The facility has 26 hospital beds and 10 emergency medicine beds.
