Job Description

• Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life.
• Support and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
