Welcome to Elements Massage 2072 Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC! We're looking for Massage Therapists to join our team. Therapist pay may range from $30 to $70 per hour with tips. A sign-on bonus of $500 to $1000 is available after 3 months with the studio (part-time/full-time). We can guarantee 90% utilization by the end of the first month. We have made a great name for ourselves in the short time we have been open by treating our customers well and providing the best service possible. Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydraulic tables, music, and more.

Each therapist must complete training within the first month of employment. You will be paid $150 once training is complete. There will be free CPE opportunities and reimbursement for license renewals. Schedule availability is flexible; however, at least one weekend shift is required.

Job Description

• Building relationships with your clients, leading to repeat clients
• Providing the customer with the best experience possible
• Completing SOAP notes at the end of each session
• Completing onboarding and annual training requirements
• Keeping up with licensing requirements

Requirements

• Fully licensed with the NC Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and in good standing
