Job Description

• Full spectrum Endodontics
• Prefer full-time scheduling (4 days each week), may consider 3 days for the right candidate
• Established and profitable locations with strong referral bases
• Mentorship opportunities available

Compensation and Benefits

• Straight percentage of production (40-45%)
• Daily guarantee for the first 3-4 months ($1,200-$1,500)
• Relocation and sign-on bonuses

Location Overviews

Sheboygan, WI:

• 7 total locations in the Milwaukee area, working only at the Sheboygan office
• One partner plans to retire soon
• Established and most profitable location with multiple partner doctors

Buffalo, NY:

• Two locations but working only at the Williamsville location unless helping at Seneca
• Mentorship from Dr. McCann
• Strong referral base with a very busy practice

Tulsa, OK:

• One fully renovated location
• Two partner doctors with heavy mentorship
• Established patient base available

Liberty, MO:

• Three locations requiring rotation between offices (close in proximity)
• 2 locations in Missouri and 1 in Kansas (licensure required in both states)
• 6 doctors total floating between the 3 practices with a very open office space
