Job Description

• Full spectrum Endodontics
• Prefer full-time scheduling (4 days each week), may consider 3 days for the right candidate
• Partnership/Equity available
• Compensation:
  • Straight %: 40-45% of production
  • Daily guarantee for the first 3-4 months: $1,200-1,500

Location Overview

• Sheboygan, WI: 7 total locations in the Milwaukee and surrounding area, working only at the Sheboygan office. One of the partners in the office plans to retire soon. Established and most profitable location with multiple partner doctors and a great network.

• Buffalo, NY: Two locations but working only at the Williamsville location unless helping at Seneca. Mentorship from Dr. McCann with a strong referral base and a very busy practice. FFS/Cash with 2 partner doctors in this location.

• Tulsa, OK: One fully renovated location with two partner doctors providing heavy mentorship. One partner doctor wants to relocate to another specialty practice on the West Coast. Walking into an established patient base.

• Liberty, MO: Three locations requiring rotation between offices (close in proximity). Two locations in Missouri and one in Kansas (licensure required in both states). Six doctors total floating between the three practices with FFS/Cash and very open office space.
