General Dentist Locum to Perm

Join our team as a General Dentist in Worthington, MN. This position offers an ongoing opportunity, ideally for 6-12 months for the right candidate, with a flexible schedule of 3-4 days per week.

Job Description

• Operate in a family dentistry practice with 8 operatories
• Participate in daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings
• Work alongside a typical dentist count of 2
• Enjoy a staggered lunch schedule for continuous patient flow
• Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software
• Provide comprehensive general/family dentistry with ortho services, including clear aligners
• Manage a fee-for-service payer mix, including Delta Dental
• Treat approximately 40 patients per day combined with DDS and RDH

Requirements

• Strong general dentist eager to grow in a family practice
• Ability or interest in implants, extractions, and clear aligner therapy to keep referrals in-house
• Proactive general dentist focused on comprehensive restorative/procedural dentistry beyond hygiene checks
