Job Description

• Full-scope Family Medicine - Care for patients in clinic, hospital, and the group's affiliated nursing home
• Admissions & Discharges - Provide continuity of care for your own patients across care settings
• 4-day work week - Enjoy a sustainable work-life balance
• Manageable patient load - 12-18 patients/day
• Competitive compensation - $250,000 base salary + productivity incentives
• Generous time off - 6 weeks of PTO + 6 paid holidays
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
