Join our established multi-specialty dental practice located in a suburb of New Orleans, Louisiana. This practice features 14 operatories and serves a predominantly Spanish-speaking population.

Job Description

• Established multi-specialty dental practice, 14 operatories, 100% fee-for-service, serving predominantly Spanish-speaking population
• Desire a fulltime general dentist, fluent in Spanish, comfortable with a heavy patient load
• LSU specialty residents come monthly to help on higher acuity cases like implants, endodontics, and periodontics
• Entire dental assistant team are foreign-trained dentists with expanded duties experience
• Will see scheduled patients and help oversee 4 assistants with hygiene and periodic exams
• Dentist will have 4 chairs, and office has 3D pano/printer, Itero, CBCT, and more
• Team consists of 1 dentist, 1 orthodontist, 1 prosthodontist, 10 assistants, and rotating specialty residents
• Current dentist producing $80,000+ a month, hygienist producing $40,000+ a month, and orthodontics producing $120,000+ a month

Job Duties and Compensation

• Work 4-5 days a week, perform general dentistry and help oversee hygiene team
• Concentrate on general dentistry but open to doing more if capable
• 1099 contracted position, 35% of collections, and they collect 100% of billings
• $10 for every hygiene and periodic exam, usually an additional $2,000 per paycheck
• Possibility to partner down the road if desired
• Have the ability to make $250,000 - $300,000+ uncapped
