Job Description

• Scope of Practice: General Family Dentistry (permanent, full-time role)
• Patient Volume: 12-16 patients per day - balanced schedule to provide quality care
• Team: Part of a well-established organization with approximately 215 employees
• Technology: eClinicalWorks EMR

Compensation & Incentives

• Guaranteed Base Salary: Up to $170,000+ based on experience and credentials
• Productivity Bonus: Up to $22,315 - highly achievable, based on patient visit volume
• Quality Bonus: Up to $4,000 annually
• NHSC Loan Repayment Eligibility: Dental HPSA score of 24 (ideal for those seeking loan repayment or NHSC scholarship placement)
