Pediatric Dentistry Position

I represent a permanent Pediatric Dentistry position in central Charlotte, North Carolina.

Practice Overview

• Established practice with an emphasis on providing holistic care
• Fully staffed with 5 dentists
• "A true dental center" - state-of-the-art facility with 22 operatories
• Minimal pediatrics (5 percent or less)
• Full scope of care available - general, surgical, implants, Invisalign, and bracket straightening
• Expert support staff to include hygienists and assistants
• Monday to Friday - closed one Friday per month, sometimes two - typically half day

Compensation Overview

• 500K plus demonstrated potential
• First year expectations between 350K - 400K
• 31 percent of collections
• Daily draw for initial ramp
• Comprehensive benefits

• 30 days' time off
