Job Description

• Need: Oral Surgeon, OMS (Will not consider General Dentist)
• Procedures: Typically, bread and butter oral surgery procedures. Practices are willing to accommodate opportunities for full scope practice. Hospital time can be scheduled.
• Scheduling: Prefer full-time (4-5 days each week), may consider 3 days for the right candidate.
• Average Daily Production: Client contact mentioned $15k is a good baseline for production in each practice.
• Partnership/Equity available.
• Compensation: $750k - $1.4m earning potential.

Community Overview

Watertown/Potsdam, NY: Two locations in Upstate NY with two partners running these locations, one of whom is about to retire. Searching for an associate/partner. Established and profitable with great energy in practices. The area is about 5 hours from New York City, right on the lake, offering yachting, skiing, and hiking on the waterfront trails.

West Haven, CT: Six sister locations in Connecticut, mainly recruiting for West Haven and North Haven. No requirements to work at multiple practices; can rotate through 1-2 additional if desired.

Springfield, MO: Standalone practice with very minimal competition. Great partner plans to retire in a few years with no set retirement date. Looking for someone who will come in and take over the practice. Mentorship available.
