Job Description

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living
• Participate in the development of resident care plans
• Support residents in participating in social events and activities to maintain a healthy lifestyle
• Work alongside amazing staff committed to providing residents with the highest quality of care

Requirements

• Current Iowa CNA license, active on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry
• Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and have the ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members

Benefits

• Wages starting at $17.00/hr based on experience, with shift differentials up to $4.00/hr
