We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team and lead the nursing department at our caring and supportive facility. As the Director of Nursing (DON), you'll play a key role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring that all clinical operations align with the facility's mission and regulatory standards.

Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage the nursing staff, ensuring a high level of professional development and teamwork.
• Oversee resident care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of residents and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to improve operational efficiency, quality of care, and resident satisfaction.
• Review and monitor nursing practices, making improvements as needed to enhance overall care quality.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of clinical operations to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, medical staff, and outside providers.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulatory requirements, and healthcare policies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
