Dermatology Provider

A well-established, patient-focused dermatology practice in Sarasota is seeking an experienced Dermatology Provider to join a growing team. This is a high-volume, mostly medical dermatology role with strong earning potential and long-term upside.

Job Description

• Primarily medical dermatology
• Established patient base with consistent demand
• Supportive clinical staff and efficient workflows
• Minimal cosmetics unless desired

Compensation and Incentives

• Year 1 Base Salary: $150,000+ (guaranteed)
• Plus collections/production incentives
• Year 2: Transition to collections model with additional $25,000+ potential (DOE)
• Possible sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance

Schedule

• Monday to Friday preferred
• Open to schedule discussions for the right candidate
• No weekends unless mutually agreed upon

Requirements

• NP or PA with dermatology experience (or Physician, depending on how you want to market this)
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain
