    Job Description:

    • Serve as Clinic Director at a senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
    • Oversee care delivery in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Lead operational initiatives, including company-wide policies, clinical programs, and quality initiatives.
    • Advise interdisciplinary care partners on treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
    • Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company policies and clinical initiatives.
    • Provide physical therapy and wellness services for older adults.
    • Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
    • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving.
    • Optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction.

    Schedule:

    • Flexible scheduling with typical clinic hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program (New Grads Welcome).
    • Current state licensure in PT.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
