Clinic Director

Job Description:

• Enhance the lives of seniors across all levels of care, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing
• Promote independence, functional ability, and overall well-being in residents' lives
• Provide a full range of therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
• Oversee patient care in an assigned community or communities
• Provide services (Therapy and/or Wellness) and operational support to rehabilitation service teams
• Advise treatment planning and therapeutic interventions

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP program
• Active ASHA Certification (required for SLP candidates)
• Current state licensure in OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn quickly
• Professional curiosity and a desire to learn new things
• Minimum of one year management experience preferred
