Job Description:

• Work with residents in senior living communities including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
• Provide occupational therapy and wellness services for older adults.
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company policies and clinical initiatives.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving.
• Optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction.

Your Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling to craft a schedule suited to your unique lifestyle, typically operating from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (New Grads Welcome).
• Current state licensure in OT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with critical thinking.
• Tech-savvy skills - quick learners are preferred.
• Professional curiosity and a knack for finding solutions.

Compensation:

• $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
