Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Family Medicine physician for a practice opportunity at our Round Lake Beach practice. The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Job Description

• Development of a clinical practice.
• A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
• Participation in weekend and weekday call.
• Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.

Requirements

• Illinois Medical License or License Pending.
• The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $222,369 (10th Percentile) - $356,709 (75th Percentile). Your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
