    Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

    Location: Lubbock, TX

    Envision Physician Services is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Level IV NICU covering Covenant Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX. The practice prides itself in delivering quality excellence, continued education, and work-life balance. Our collaborative team consists of skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatologists covering the needs of mothers and babies in Lubbock and the surrounding region. You would join a collegial team of clinicians who are dedicated to achieving the best patient outcomes by implementing and practicing evidence-based medicine.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong Level III NICU experience and skill set
    • Be independent, with autonomous work ethics and clinical decision-making skills
    • Exhibit self-confidence
    • Have a strong knowledge of neonatal pathophysiology
    • Have a very good understanding of family-friendly initiatives
    • Be able to verify the ability to work well in a team environment; amiable
    • Possesses the ability to be proactive, fair & equitable
    • Exhibit strong resolve in the decision-making process as a leader

    • Staffing Model: 4 Neonatologists, 6 NNPs
    • NNPs are responsible for the following:
      • In-house and day-shift coverage
