- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Licensed in Virgin Islands or IMLC Compact
- Practice not incredibly busy but would be the only IVC in the Virgin Islands
- Clinic + on-call responsibilities
- Malpractice covered with tail coverage
- Travel + lodging covered by EPS
