Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Openings

Job Description:

• 40 hours/week Day Shift Monday through Friday, NO weekends
• Collaborate with other professional caregivers
• Enhance the lives of residents and families by providing the highest standard of care for elderly residents

Responsibilities:

• Assist each resident with activities of daily living, including eating, bathing, elimination, ambulation, and positioning according to policy
• Report pertinent information and/or changes in residents' conditions promptly to the charge nurse
• Obtain vital signs, weights, calorie counts, intake, and output accurately
• Present each resident with a clean and neat appearance

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Have a sincere desire to work with older adults and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of others
• Kind, respectful, patient, and cheerful when engaging with residents, co-workers, families, and community
• Demonstrate a sincere teamwork approach to resident care
• Support the mission, philosophy, and values of Fairmount

Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: $21.85 - $23.60
• Shift Differentials: Evening - $3, Nights - $1, Weekends - $1.25
