RN Director of Nursing

Faith Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and well-trained RN Director of Nursing to lead our team in Overland Park, Kansas. The candidate must be committed to the highest standard of care and professionalism. This position provides direction, planning, and oversight to the day-to-day clinical operations. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of the Conditions of Participation for Medicare Home Health, Federal and State Regulations. Strong clinical background, leadership and communication skills, financial skills, and computer skills are essential.

Qualified Director of Nursing should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Home Health industry. The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing patient plans of care, conducting a weekly case conference with all clinical disciplines, managing and evaluating the clinical team to ensure the highest care is being delivered to our patients, and being willing to learn the company's episode management model. A qualified individual will be required to successfully pass background and drug screening and must have the following:

Requirements

• Current, valid Kansas & Missouri Nursing RN license
• Valid Driver's License
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 3 years of Home Health experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory and administrative experience
