    Position Details

    • Full-time 32-40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, non-exempt (hourly)

    Compensation

    • The full wage scale for a Medical Assistant (MA-C) is $22.47 - $31.86 per hour.
    • The full wage scale for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is $24.94 - $35.36 per hour.
    • The full wage scale for a Registered Nurse (RN) is $30.36 - $38.02 per hour.
    • Placement within the wage range is determined by the candidate's relevant experience.

    Bonus

    • Candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) (Subject to payback clause).

      • PTO, PSL, and EIB accrue starting on your first day, and you can use paid time off after the applicable days of employment
      • Full-time employees generally begin earning 18 days of PTO, increasing to 33 days over time per our PTO policy. You can rollover unlimited PTO hours into the next year.
      • PSL accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked
      • EIB accrues up to 32 hours per year (pro-rated based on hours worked) for both part-time and full-time employees, with a maximum of 480 hours

    Requirements

    • Completion of accredited Medical Assistant, LPN or RN program.
    • Active or interim Medical Assistant Certified (MA-C) or LPN/RN licensure through the Washington State Department of Health. For LPN/RN, may be eligible for Multistate License (MSL) which allows nurses (LPN/RN) from other states to practice in WA State without needing an additional license.
    • Current BLS or within 60 days of hire.

    Physical Requirements

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

    Immunization Requirements

    Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role. A simple process is in place for employees to request exemptions for medical or religious reasons.
