    Associate Dentist

    Family Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established partner practice in Rutland, VT. This practice features a large active patient base and strong office culture.

    Job Description

    • Practice in business for over 30 years
    • 85% PPO, 15% FFS
    • 17 operatories, 2 operatories available to new provider
    • Dr. chairs: 8, Hyg. chairs: 9
    • CBCT, iTero, Cerec
    • Schedule: Mon-Thurs

    Compensation for full-time employees

    • Strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
    • Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry
    • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
    • GPR or AEGD preferred
    • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
