Turn your job into a career with EmpRes! Firesteel Healthcare Center is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Job Description

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed
• Completes documentation

Requirements

• Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting

Sign-On Bonus Available Based on Shift

• NOCS - ($4,000 FT / $2,000 PT)
• Evenings - ($3,500 FT / $1,750 PT)
• Days - ($3,000 FT / $1,500 PT)

$1 per hour shift differential for evening shifts. $2 per hour shift differential for overnight shifts.
