A family-owned business since 1955, purchased in partnership by Eastern Maine Health Systems and First Atlantic Healthcare in 2013, Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has offered quality care to the elderly in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, and surrounding area communities. Since 1972, we have been in our modern 93-bed facility on the Guilford Road in Dover-Foxcroft, and have been providing the utmost in quality care services since.

Job Description

• Monitor resident's vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each resident, including bathing, feeding, and dressing
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Update resident records in a confidential manner
• Evaluate the resident's wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
• Explain treatments and procedures to residents and families
• Change dressings and bandages, ensuring residents are healing properly
• Move residents from wheelchairs, beds, and gurneys

Requirements

• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Currently licensed as an LPN in Maine
