Job Description

• Therapy screening (as applicable per State regulation)
• Daily treatment sessions working/communicating with the OT and their established Plan of Care
• Daily documentation done electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions (formerly Rehab Optima) with a minimum weekly productivity of 90%

Requirements

• Good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment
