Flagship Rehab is seeking to hire a part-time or full-time Occupational Therapist (32 hrs/week) that is motivated and eager to make a difference in the daily lives of our residents. We are a family-owned and therapist-run company that strives to provide our residents with the highest quality of care. Job Description

• Conduct therapy screenings and evaluations
• Provide daily treatment sessions
• Handle billing and documentation via Net Health (formerly Optima HCS)
• Participate in discharge planning
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistant(s)
• Meet productivity standards of 85% weekly
• Physical demands include walking/standing most of the day, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment

Requirements

• Occupational Therapy License (preferred)
• Ability to relocate to Waynesboro, PA 17268 before starting work (required)
