Job Description

• Conduct therapy screens, evaluations, daily treatment sessions, and discharge programs.
• Maintain good physical and mental health status as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment.
• Complete daily documentation electronically via Optima Healthcare Solutions (formerly Rehab Optima) with a minimum weekly productivity of 85%.
