    Job Description

    • Responsible for rehabilitating and providing follow-up patient treatments using the plan of care recommended by the evaluating Physical Therapist.
    • Responsible for keeping the Physical Therapist up to date on any changes in patient medical status.
    • Document upon each visit, patient treatment, progress, and assessment.
    • Instruct patients in individualized exercise programs, within protocol parameters and plan of treatment.
    • Instruct patients in gait training and proper use of assistive devices.
    • Act as a clinical instructor and supervisor for P.T.A. students.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy education program
    • Florida State Licensure
    • CPR certification required
    • Desire to make a positive impact in people's lives to help them return to living their fullest life
    • Willingness to work with a diverse team of clinicians dedicated to excellence and redefining how physical therapy is perceived and administered globally
    • Passion for learning and collaborating with other like-minded clinicians and physicians focused on patient-centered care

    Preferred Qualifications

    • WebPT experience
    • Outpatient orthopedic therapy setting experience
