Job Description:
- Responsible for Evaluation and Management of our Therapy patients
- Identify patient functional limitations
- Create Therapy Plans of Care
- Deliver patient treatments
- Coordinate care with the Therapy team

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy education program (New Grads welcome)
- Florida State Licensure
- CPR certification required
- Desire to make a positive impact in people's lives
- Ready to work with a diverse team of clinicians dedicated to excellence
- Passionate about learning and collaborating with like-minded clinicians and physicians
Preferred Qualifications:
- WebPT experience
- Experience in an outpatient Orthopaedic therapy setting
