Job Description:

• Responsible for Evaluation and Management of our Therapy patients
• Identify patient functional limitations
• Create Therapy Plans of Care
• Deliver patient treatments
• Coordinate care with the Therapy team

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy education program (New Grads welcome)
• Florida State Licensure
• CPR certification required
• Desire to make a positive impact in people's lives
• Ready to work with a diverse team of clinicians dedicated to excellence
• Passionate about learning and collaborating with like-minded clinicians and physicians

Preferred Qualifications:

• WebPT experience
• Experience in an outpatient Orthopaedic therapy setting
