Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Join our team at an inpatient psychiatric hospital that treats children, adolescents, and adults. We are offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus for LPNs.

Job Description

• Provide nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Manage daily milieu to provide a safe and therapeutic environment
• Order medication, supplies, and count medications at shift change
• Pick up and carry out medical staff orders
• Work 12-hour shifts; Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem options available
• 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• LPN on Adult Unit - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shifts

Requirements

• 2 years of experience or currently pursuing RN
• NYS License and Registration required; psychiatric experience is preferred
