Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations to ensure seamless, high-quality care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop personalized care plans, monitor practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering professional growth and excellence in care delivery.
• Champion performance improvement initiatives and represent nursing in leadership discussions.
• Welcome residents, connect with families, and cultivate a community of trust.
• Lead by example by stepping in to provide direct care when needed.

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing
• A commitment to excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a heart for compassionate care.
