Job Description
- Managing and supervising high-risk care, including wound care, medication administration, and infection control practices.
- Overseeing infection control documentation and participating in Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) committees.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Mentoring staff, driving performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Maintaining compliance with all educational, clinical, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience:
- Preferably 1+ years in a supervisory role.
- Long-term care experience is a plus.
- Certification: Current CPR certification.
