Job Description

• Managing and supervising high-risk care, including wound care, medication administration, and infection control practices.
• Overseeing infection control documentation and participating in Quality Assurance and Assessment (QAA) committees.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Mentoring staff, driving performance improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Maintaining compliance with all educational, clinical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience:
  • Preferably 1+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Long-term care experience is a plus.
• Certification: Current CPR certification.
