Responsibilities

• Develop behavior and treatment plans for all assigned clients
• Review and sign off on treatment plans for Registered Behavior Technicians and provide field supervision when necessary
• Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Technicians and families
• Provide consultation and support to management
• Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion
• Within county travel to provide in-home support to clients and families
• Remain up to date with the latest education in the field

Qualifications

• Master's degree in special education or related human services field
• BACB Certified
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance
• Medicaid provider a plus but not required
• Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills
