Interventional Cardiologist

Location: Quincy, Illinois

Job Description:

• Provide coverage from December 26th, 8am to December 29th, 5pm.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 interventional cardiologists at Blessing Hospital.
• Work alongside NP support for inpatient coverage.
• Handle STEMIs, with variable frequency - sometimes up to 2 per day or none.
• Manage an inpatient consult volume of 4-5 consults per day.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform nuclear studies, heart catheterizations, STEMI calls, general calls, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs).
