Job Description:

Date: ASAP and Ongoing
Schedule: M-F, 8-5; Call 1:3, Friday noon-Friday noon
Patient Volume: 10 patients/day on average
Procedures: EMG machine, Outpatient EEG, In-office injections
Support Staff: Part-time staff & Other Locums
EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

BC, BE, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, AHA
Will wait for WI license

Credentialing:

60 days, Temp privileges available
