Job Description:

Need ASAP - ongoing
Schedule: On call coverage, 4:30PM-7:30AM, Fri-Mon
Practice Setting: Hospital
Must be proficient in cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracic procedures, vascular surgery

Support and Technology:

Support Staff: RN, MA, PA, etc.
EMR: Epic

Requirements:

WI license, BC, DEA, minimum 2 years of experience
Credentialing: 30-60 days, emergency privileges available with clean backgrounds

Availability:

Dates: Jan 10-13, Feb 7-10, Mar 7-10, Apr 4-7, May 2-5, May 30-June 2, June 13-16
