    Job Description

    • Supervise all nursing personnel and nursing-related functions on a specific shift
    • Assess staffing and resident needs and direct care
    • Work predominantly with an adult geriatric population
    • Serve as a role model for staff through the provision of safe, effective, and efficient nursing care
    • Supervise clinical aspects of nursing
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department
    • Interface with others to ensure efficient unit operations
    • Seek opportunities for personal growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency

    Requirements

    • Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university strongly preferred
    • 1-3 years of managerial experience and proven leadership skills a plus
    • Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or skilled nursing facility
    • Must possess a current CPR license

    Benefits

    • $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires
    • Salary range $40.50-$56.00/HR
